  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or provided in the shipping confirmation.

Please understand that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The final shipping cost may depend on the destination, product weight, order value, and available shipping method.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout automatically.

  1. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check your name, phone number, street address, apartment number, city, state/province, postal code, and country before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, lost packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed or shipped.

  1. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please allow additional time, as some carriers may experience scanning delays during transit.

  1. Size & Half-Size Fulfillment Notice

Please note that slippers are produced in full sizes only. Half sizes are not available for this product.

For half-size orders, we will fulfill the order with the nearest full size. In most cases, half sizes will be rounded up for a more comfortable fit.

For example:
EUR 44.5 / US 10.5 / UK 9.5 will be shipped as EUR 45.

This sizing adjustment is made because slippers generally fit better when slightly larger rather than smaller. A slightly larger size is usually more comfortable for slippers and helps avoid tightness or discomfort.

If you are between sizes, prefer a tighter fit, have narrow feet, or are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country or region, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local customs office.

  1. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the local carrier if necessary.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building reception, mailbox, local post office, or delivery carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.
